Horrible customer service

I'm appalled by the service I received from Rosebanks the Zone debonairs,

I went to the Debonairs in Rosebank, I was standing waiting to be assisted and the teller called someone from the back to take down their order even though I was first and already waiting to be assisted, while she was taking my order she walked away when I had to pay the server left me standing at the till point for over 10 minutes when she returned I was told they cannot accept the R200 note I was paying with and with no valid reason I was requested to go out in the rain and go make change, I asked what the issue is with the note and she just called the manager, when the manager came she advised "just not accepted" I had to pay with a different note and my issue is

1. Where is it written that there are South African Rand notes that are not accepted in certain stores

2. The rudeness of the teller and the manager was unacceptable

3. I had to wait for an order that was not even prepared according to the standards debonairs claim they go by

4. I was refused a slip because I threatened to email it as part of my complaint

The services at this debonairs is truly apalling and unacceptable to customers of any kind
