Horrible customer service

Phillip nel branch has once again disrespected me as a customer and I will never support you ever I ordered online at 19h38 my pizza was delivered t 22h30 burned and not edible we ended up throwing it away it’s disgusting really this is the second time. 3 hours of waiting my kids were hungry and they still couldn’t eat the disgusting pizza that we received. They called me on Tuesday and just said sorry I told them I want a refund they said they will call me back. Next thing they call me back offering me a small triple decker whereas I paid for a large I will never support debonairs ever again.
