Horrible Customer Service

Ive called to place an order for delivery the person that took my order never informed me that the drivers dont deliver this side and i placed my order at 19:09 she took the order and it will be delivered within 40 minutes after 40 minutes we received a missed call which i had to callback the number just to find out that we not getting our order that we placed spoke to Voilet this time then she still has the nerve to tell me that if i collect it she will only charge us R100 for the pizza i mean now really why would i call in for the pizza to be delivered to be asked if i can collect it and to make matters worse i get sent a missed call and Michelle that took my order was suppose to tell me this and not make me wait for 40 minutes thinking it will be delivered just to get a missed call saying they wont deliver i must collect and its not the first time i placed and order for delivery check your records and see how much times ive placed orders for delivery... THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE
