Horrible customer service

<p>Placed an online order for delivery at 15:48, i kept on calling the store seeing that my order was delay by 3hours, no one had an explanation, managed to contact the driver "Thomas" and he was just a rude. Manager Lerato had no words for me when called back at 19:30 all i could get was a sorry your order its on the way, almost 4hours of waiting. </p>
