Horrible customer service

<p>I placed an order online and selected debonairs new market in Alberton, online it said the delivery would be free a lady by the name of grace called me to tell me that they don't deliver to where I stay, when I asked for a solution she said she doesn't know,I had I voucher that I put through and asked what I should do since it's already processed she said she doesn't know,she clearly didn't know anything about what goes on in the business yet she is calling customers and this is the 2nd time experiencing horrible service in different debonairs store it's goes to show that you guys don't care about your customers </p>
