Horrible customer service

Terrible service i received today at debonairs in seshego circle center polokwane. After waiting for over an hour for food that was claimed to be finished in 15 mins, the pizza was under cooked and the staff showed no remorse as i asked about the pizza an hour later, told me it was done as if i was wrong. Never visiting that debonairs again.
