Horrible Customer Service

I bought a pizza from Debonairs at ultra city Plettenberg Bay(Shell Garage) today and was shocked when I opened it at home. The pizza was completely dry - no sauce, hardly any toppings. I didn't even take a bite. When I went back to complain, they made me wait for the manager who just dismissed(Pier) me and said toppings are portioned 50/50 so it has to be like that. The entire pizza was dry, not just half. Very poor quality and zero customer care. The pizza was completely ashy and very dry and the manager couldn’t care he just gave me a refund no apology
