HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awful service receive at debonairs pizza in grand west!!! Christmas was a bit lonely for my kids and I so decided to visit grand west. Went to debonairs to get some food but WOW!! Cashier serving me was unfriendly, I asked her how long it will take to get our order since it was full needed an eta so I can find something else to do since there was not space for us to rest... anyway she ignores me and walks away. I ask another cashier, who gives an answer after an eternity by the way, tells me 30 min. I go back to the tills 31 min later to be told pizza is not even in the oven yet...I’m like you know give my money back I’ll go find something else to eat. That was a problem as well as I was told only a manager can give a refund, manager who is by the way at the back of the store. I wait for her to come but she doesn’t i now have to scream like a maniac to get attention as I have a baby in my arms and she is getting heavy. Eventually Simphiwe, the cashier that walked away, gives the refund and I never get to see the manager!!! I’m very disappointed in the service I received at this establishment, it was appalling!!!
