Horrible and Very slow service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a terrible customer service experience with Debonairs Pizza, Protea Glen Mall. Around February 2016, I tried to place an order and was told that they don't deliver after 6pm, because they don't have enough drivers. I was left amazed because this was a first from Debonairs and I just left it at that. Yesterday, the 27th June 2016, I managed to order at 17:30 for delivery successfully and was disgusted when the order was delivered 3 (three) hours late. I called the shop to follow up, and the guy onthe phone told me that it was on the way already and that they were very busy and that they only had 2 s******s. I'm disturbed by this as this I know is not policy at Debonairs in general but practices as Protea Glen Mall. Orders normally take max 40 minutes, but 3 hours??</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly address this with management as is it uncalled for and very unprofessional. Debonairs Glen mall is the worst of all.
