Horrible and Unpleasant Service

I placed an order at 17:11 on the App, the order was accepted instantly by the Nelson Mandela Drive, Zastron (Bloemfontein) Debonairs outlet. I got confirmation SMS even. 30 minutes later I checked again via the link on the SMS which took me to the App, the App then said Live Tracking of the order is not available so I tried calling them and I was answered by a machine that referred me back to the App. Fast forward 18:45 I get a call from the delivery guy asking for directions that time I had already made other means for food. So I told the guy it has been more an hour I've been waiting for the pizza and he rep****, "Do you want the pizza or not?". I told him I don't. This was the most horrible and unpleasant service offering ever. I buy pizza at least on a minimum 3 times a month, I don't I'll ever be doing that.
