HORRIBLE AND DECEIVING SERVICE!!!!

I placed an order online and was advised that I'd receive the ordeby 17:51, at 18:00 went online and sww that the status has updated that i have received the order. I called the branch in Tembisa Engen Garage and was advised that I'd get my oder soon there's a delay on their side. 18:43 i called them again and they're no longer answering.. It's ridiculous that i am not experiencing this for the first time and nothing is done about it. Imagine the frustration I'm having, i am at the hospital and i am damn hungry but my order is stuck wherever it is. This is the worst service i have ever had in my life!!!
