horrible

Ordered delivery. Got food and paid for it when i got inside my house i saw the heat sticker was black. I called Debonairs to tell them and i was told a manager would call me back. 1 hour later still nothing so i called back. Charles the manager then told me that it was my falt the pizza was cold as i had to walk from my gate to my house (4m) after i threated to post this report he then told me he cant do anything about it the owner will call me the following day. Been 2 weeks still herd nothing. The pizza was ice cold. It had stuck on the box already. I never order from Debonairs as i personally think Pizza Perfect is better as this just proves it to me. From the illiterate person who took our order to the manager that has no authority and an owner that doesn't believe in customer service. Thank you Charles for never attending to customer complaints and passing the problem on to someone that does nothing.
