Horrible

Good day.

I would like to share my absolute horrible service I ordered for the new Debonairs in Ficksburg freestate.

I ordered at 13;38 on Sunday the 28th. The delivery time said 14:10 and after more than an hour, nothing! I then had to clim in my car and drive to the restaurant to find out what is going on. Keep in mind, I paid full price, driver tip and for delivery.

I got at the place and was very upset as the restaurant was not that busy to be an excuse for the long wait.

I was then told that my order is not ready yet and that is when in saw the kitchen staff putting my order in as it was pizza wraps (4). Keep in mind, i have now been waiting almost 1 and half hours!!!

I asked for my money back and Lerato the manager said it is not possible because i will need to wait 72 hours.

I am so very upset because of this service and told her that if i do not receive my food in 15min then she must to come to my house.

After yet another about 20min, the driver called to ask for clear delivery directions.

When the food came, it was so small and squashed and not even marked to indicate what was what. I was so disgusted with this that i did not even eat!

I expect a rapid response and that you refund my money of replace it with a PROPER product!!!!
