I ordered a 3 from Debonairs Greenstone triple decker pizzas 1 hour and 30 minutes ago and till now they haven’t been delivered. When I call the call centre my call gets cut as they are transferring me to the store. A lady in the call centre promised to call me back in 10 minutes but it is now 20 minutes and I haven’t received a call.
Poor service indeed

17 Jun 2021, 10:57Debonairs call centre also not helpful, they’ve been transferring my call four times to the store and no one is picking up and when I ask to speak to the call centre manager I can hear the guy by the name of Pluto blatantly refusing to speak to me. This has become a cat and mouse game between me and Debonairs
