********** Service as well as Management (Busisiwe)

<p>today we received the worst service ever from a Debonairs on Corlett, the Manager Busi,she was extremely rude in dealing with an issue where our order was delivered to us 1 hour and a half late and the pizza was STONE COLD. the manager then continued to hang up on us when we were talking to her, and then refused to take any of our calls while we were with the stores driver. the Box and policy clearly states that if the dot on the box is black (which means its cold) the pizza is free, when opening the box the pizza was so cold it shriveled like a finger left too long in water HORRIFIC!! i am very disappointed in this store and this is not my first problem with the exact same store and in both cases we receive terrible service and even worse pizza. the previous excuse for our pizza arriving late was (they were spring cleaning their ovens) and mind you they told us this 30 minutes after placing the order when we had to check on where the delivery was.
