********** SERVICE

Absolutely ********** service from the Debonairs in Ga-Rankuwa. I placed an order at 18:19 on 04/02/2022 on the app. I paid for the order at about 18:35 at the shop but only received my order at 19:16.

I heard order numbers that came after mine being called but mine was never called, when I asked for my order the guy who was giving out the orders said it wasn't ready. I asked the cashier where is my order and she just removed it from the shelf. It was chilling there for a while whilst I was waiting for it. It was even cold when I got it. The guy who was calling out the order numbers said he doesn't check for orders placed online cause he doesn't know whether they've been paid for or not.

I called the manager to give him a piece of my mind but yerrrr the service I recieved was atrocious 😠😠😠
