Highly disappointed

I bought a pizza on Sunday I ordered online and paid by eft and pizza was very cold apparently the driver sent me please call me instead of phone calls as I drove out I saw a bike and I stopped lucky it was my order and I asked why ddnt he used GPS to locate my address or call me and he told me he only have airtime when customers tip him and in my order the cool drink was free but I did not received it.I paid 169 on promotional pizza and I order a small pizza for 39 and R10 for delivery I only received that cold pizza...
