Hi this is regarding two stores.

First store is Debonairs Delft Mall and its been two full weeks since and the manager contacted me only to hang up on me. I waited three hours for an incorrect order and a missing drink. After I was promised warm food and they won't forget.

Plenty of call logs and complaints ready.

Secondly is Tokai Debonairs, ordered for 6:30, gets delivered at 18:51. Got call logs. Again driver forgets my colddrink, he'll return. Driver calls me 19:40 after delivering my food at 18:51 that they don't have flavoured water which would I prefer. Settled for still water.

These are two incidents in less than a month apart, my history with you goes back to mu childhood. I looked forward to pizza nights, but this no thank you
