Health Standards

I recently visited Debonairs in Tokai. I was very disappointed to see workers do not use gloves when making the food, In addition to this I called the manager in store to discuss this and she defended herself by stating workers wash their hands. I feel this is not according to hygeniene and health standards and regulations.
