Have Not Made Delivery

I placed my order online for delivery about 2 hours ago and I still havent received my order. I cannot get through to the store that I ordered from (Maponya Mall) nor can I get through to their customer care line. This is frusta to because I have made the payment online and now I am absolutely clueless about the status of my order.
