. have been waiting for iver an hour. no delivery

I placed my order for delivery with Debonairs Pizza Westend shopping centre Nelspruit. Ive been waiting for over an hour and still no delivery. I phoned the store and the woman was so rude saying i must wait its on its way. <br> <br> The pizza arrived now at 18:38 where i called them at 17:27. My order was a large chicken tripple deckker and a 2 litre coke. My coke was not delivered and i received a flat cold pizza.. the service delivery here is truly appalling! !! I have had issues with this store before but i have had enough!! There are some serious professionalism and common decency problems at the store if not on a management Level aswel. A good captain has a good crew. I feel ****** of my money because of the poor quality of the service and product i received!!! I hope that who ever reads this takes action as every little part has to work for a smooth running operation.<br> <br> I am a big fan of Debonairs Pizza and feel this is unacceptable. <br> I look forward to any responses. <br> <br> Kind Regards, <br> DAVID
