Hard to eat and crispy pizza

I ordered the pizza at debonairs pizza maponya mall.where I got my pizza it was very dry he base part was crispy like simba chips and hard.and there was no meat and sauce.why say triple decker if you not gonna leave up to your promises.i don't think I will ever buy pizza at debonairs. Because I wasted my R200 for nothing.
