HARD BASE

I logged Query yesterday 10/11/2020 on the Debonairs website about Carnival Mall debonairs, that delivered a pizza with a hard base, I still have the pizza as I couldn't eat it, now at 16;25 when making a follow up, I am told by Thembelihle ""support specialist" wonder what support she specialized in because she did not offer any support to me, instead told me that the only thing she will do is to re-log the query....so must sit with this pizza another 24 hours?
