Half ingredients

On the 16th of June I ordered a half half cram decker pizza online at around 19h00 which amounted to R164.95 and asked for deliver, on delivery my husband went to pick up the pizza downstairs, gave an extra tip without being aware that it was a wrong deliver and brought it up. I dished the pizza for us and realised the ingredients was half, no cram crust was attached to the pizza, the pizza was a normal half half triple decker! I then tried calling the shop but couldn't get hold of them. I am utterly disappointed in their service!
