Half done pizza

I purchased a pizza came bck after an hour,got home served my family only to find out the pizza was raw. When I returned it .I was told it will be put bck to the stove for 2min but it took more than that.and there was no apology for the fault but I was treated as if I stole the pizza in the stove.
