Half chicken half meaty

my name is Nonhlanhla i have place an order for double crust pizza half chicken half meaty on the 7/06/15 from Debonaires Diepkloof square they delivered without any complains, on the 14/06/15 i called them again to place the same order and to my surprised i was told that they would not be able to take my order as they not allowed to take such orders of half half, i asked since from when because i have been placing the same thing and with no such matter, i sked to speak to the manager (Lesego) he aslo told me that he can not assist me with my order... isked him why and he said that it has been like that ever since therefore the person who took my orders previously did not know.....i asked him several times as to what should i do now and hes said unfortunately he can not do anything about it and he wont assist me...i laid a complaint with Debonaires but im not happy with the manner that they used to handle my case.....the store gave someone to call me and she told me that she is closing the complain without any investigation and telling me the outcomes
