half baked pizza
I bought a two pizza special for R139.99 from Debonairs Maseru Mall and these were half done. I could still taste the dough when trying to eat. It was already late for a return and I did not want to incur the expenses of having to drive back. This is the second time I receive poorly prepared pizza form the same shop. I have had pizza form other Debonairs shops in Bloemfontein and they are always well prepared. While I know that for my people in Lesotho customer care generally means nothing and this complaint will never even be considered! I am hoping the Debonairs SA management will take this seriously as I would like to believe you do not grant franchise rights to our people with the aim of degrading your brand. I am sure you will find similar complaints from other people on the facebook page.
