Hairy Pizza - Debonairs Phoenix Plaza

<p>On Saturday , i called in to Debonairs Phoenix Plaza to order a pizza. i ordered the new 5 sasuage triple decker pizza. My gf , who is currently pregnant was enjoying her food when she suddenly noticed a long strand of black hair stuck to the cheese in the pizza. she threw up instantly. I called in to the plaza branch to complain to the manager, his name was "Attender" he told me he will call me back just now , i waited an hour and a half for is return call but was nothing, i called him back again, then he said he will call me back in 2 minutes, he then called, told me he is going to send me another pizza with a 25% discount, i told him no, i lost my appetite and i want a refund, he said he will send his driver through with it, i waited for another hour and no one came to me, i eventually jumped into my car , with my gf, and went to the phoenix plaza Debonairs. There i met Attender who wasnt very helpfull, and had this stupid smerk on his face while he refunded my money, he said he sent his driver which was all bull****, because his driver was seen by myself and my gf, delivering around the area close to my home.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him i am disgusted with his management s****s, his poor service and i am going to plaster this on social media , the problem with franchise take aways in indians areas, they do not keep to the same standards as white areas. This is horrible, i dont think my family will order debonairs in a long time, certainly not from the Phoenix Plaza Branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Horrified what else we may have consumed while not paying attention to the food that comes out of Debonairs</p>
