HAIR on PIZZA/bad attitude when reported

Yesterday my fiance and I decided (against my better judgment considering I had issues before) to have a pizza at Debonairs in Century City. Ordered the pizza and sat down. Had a slice and as I was about to bite, I saw a BLACK CURLY/FRIZZY hair on top of one of the slices in the box. My fiance took it to the counter where this absolutely foul 'manager' (Guy) told him 'but we wear hairnets'. Are you kidding me?! No apology - just 'we wear hairnets'. I walked up to him and told him straight to his face that if he opened his eyes he would notice how the staff members were scratching their hair constantly (unhygienic!), that the hairnets only covered half of their heads and whether he was insinuating that the hair belonged to either me or my fiance (neither of us have frizzy hair!). The answer I got was 'no' with a CLEAR 'f*** you' attitude/grin. As soon as I spoke about phoning management, he changed his tune. That branch is a disgrace! To pay R139 for ******* service and pizza with a hair is laughable. Is this how you train your staff?!
