Hair lodged into the base

I have contacted your customer care twice already. Since I have lodged my complaint (after I received my case number), I have had no telephonic reply or anyone contacting me by e-mail. My daughter found hair lodged in the pizza. We tried to pull it out but it was lodged in the base of the pizza. I took it back to the store and the manageress replaced the pizza but the apology that she gave me was as if it was my fault that there was hair lodged in the base of the pizza. I am still waiting for customer care to get back to me and i lodged my complaint on the 25th of August 2017. I contacted the customer care and the lady said that someone did try and contact me but so far I have not received any phone call. My daughter is very upset about it because Debonairs used to be her favorite pizza, but since this episode, she is very upset.
