HAIR IN THE PIZZA

<p> </p> <p>Good Day (To the owner/s and stake and shareholders of Debonairs Pizza in Gem City in Phoenix) I would like to take this opportunity to complaint about your store. I trust that you are all keeping well. Now that I had greeted you with respect this is my story. On Friday the 26th of August 2016 at around 4pm o called the phoenix Debonairs Pizza in Gem City and placed my order. My mother ate the pizza and one of the pizza had a hair strand in it. My mother felt funny inside of her mouth. I called the store and spoke to Jeff and he sent a driver to come fetch the pizza. The driver at first stated that this was a mushroom hair. But then he stated that it looks like a human hair strand. He then took it away. Jeff had called me and stated that he will be going to send the evidence to the lab for testing and he has not got back to me. I want feedback asap in the matter of urgency. I want my full refund as well as compensation for this terrible incident and ordeal. I even emailed ********** on the 5 September 2016 at 20:30. But up to date no feedback nor reply. I had to complain via hello peter. I have the images. Email me so I can send you those said images. I will not order from your store again. Remember this when one customer does not support or give your store business your income decreases. How would you feel inside your mouth if you had a human hair. Think about it. This can lead to sickness and ill health. If this had occurred just think about the consequences that your store could have faced. Have a nice day further.</p> <p> </p>
