Hair in pizza

My horrible experience today for lunch after ordering a Large Creamy Chicken Pizza online for delivery from Debonairs Umgeni Road, Durban. There was hair found in three different slices of pizza. Not just one strand of hair but many strands of hair melted into the cheese and in between the slices of the triple decker. After consuming this and finding the hair halfway through my meal, I immediately felt sick and began to throw up my food. I had to leave work early to go home and rest after falling ill. I contacted the branch and spoke to Scelo Mthembu who gave me an email address *** for me to send the pictures I took. Whilst on the phone with Scelo, he looked at the pictures and denied that it was hair. He said that it looked like hair but it's not hair. I had to force an apology out of him and requested a refund and a call from the owner of the branch before close of business today. I received the refund within the hour but I still have not received the call I requested,hence my write up to Hello Peter.
