Hair in Pizza

Last night at 21:29 I bought a triple decker pizza from Debonairs Pizza in Westgate Mall Mitchell’s Plain. So I get home 10 mins later, all happy and hungry. I take my 1st bite and to my surprise the quality is not what I usually get from them, but seeing that I’m hungry I persevere start eating the second slice, bigger surprise I find a hair in my pizza and spit it out. I was so nauseous and obviously could not continue. I decide that I will go back to them the next day as I have work in the morning. So today the 12th Jan, I go back and speak to Ferial (Manager on duty) and she tells me that without proof she can’t do anything. I most probably look like something that needs the R59.90 back. She then goes further to tell me if she refunds me then she will have to pay for it out of her own pocket and it is almost impossible for the hair to be in the pizza as they all wear head nets and their heads are always covered. We go back and forth and we just can’t win at all, she then tells us to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager that was on duty last night. I’m just so shocked that they needed evidence to change the pizza or refund, I was so shocked that I registered on Hello Peter because I just could not believe the horrible service I got. No help whatsoever
