Hair in my pizza

I ordered a delivery for two pizzas yesterday and my wife discovered a strand of hair inside the mexicana pizza. I called the store and was made to wait for almost 5 minutes before the manager, Leticia, eventually came to the phone. By now I was even more upset and I told her that she made me wait for so long. She just responded that she was in the toilet, but did not offer an apology. Anyway I angrily told her that my pizza had hair in it. Her reply was she will send the driver to collect it because all her staff use hair covers. I asked if that is all she was going to do and she said okay she will replace the pizza. I was still talking to her and she put the phone down. I called back and ****ped her out for her attitude and told her I want my money back which she agreed to. At no time during the conversation did she apologise for her attitude or for the pizza having hair in it. All she was concerned about that I was shouting. I had a right to be angry because I expect hygienic food and decent customer care. If this is the attitude of Debonairs Pizza, then I will gladly refrain from buying from you.
