Hair in debonairs pizza

I was busy enjoying my pizza and then this long strand of hair was stuck in the dough. Like literally what the ****.I contacted them and they responded telling me all our staff wear hairnets like that's believeable, then they ignored me. I've been to multiple debonairs and I've seen them without their masks and nets.
