GUESTS ON EMPTY STOMACH AND WARM PIZZA

Service received at Vosloorus Debonairs was most utter disgusting. To start off I was not able to get ahold of them on both their numbers, had to call Katlehong who were very helpful in following up with me if I was able to get ahold of them at the branch. Finally when they decided to answer the phone. I had made an order that would take 30min to an hour including the delivery time with Pearl at 16:00. And only received it at 07:43pm warm not even hot. Worst part I had to make contact with Humfry the driver myself who informed me that he was around and that we should wait for him 4 streets away and still he didn't arrive not even pitch. Pearl was able to get ahold of him first Excuse is "I'm lost" we made things convenient by walking closer but he didn't arrive. We received no feedback Excuse was "no airtime". When we call Excuse is "he could not hear it". Worst part he told us he was around only to find out that he wasn't even in the region when we managed to get ahold of the driver. I don't suggest Debonairs to anyone who has guests over you will be left hanging and embarrassed.
