Great Service

On Friday I found a opsieee in my pizza that I ordered from Debonairs Pizza Kensington’s. Because it was late I knew calling and informing them about my issue would not be resolved cause it was closing time. But I dropped and email and quick response I was called by Nelly the following day. She listened and I told her what I found due to religious purpose we could NOT continue eating the food. Nelly who I think is the manager resolved the issue and matter professionally, even the driver (shame) apologised and I told him it was not his fault.
