Great customer service and experience

I would take this opportunity to thank Mr Samuel Papi Khumalo for customer service rendered by him for bringing the order and making sure delivery is on time.I have ordered Pizza online and got confirmation mail and Sms at the same time but when I call the outlet I was told the order is not reflecting on their system but Papi called me immediately and assure me that the order is on its way and woll receive in few minutes which I did Famous brand need to hire quality staff member like Papi who are customer-driven and strives to go extra-miles to satisfy customer's needs.I think we must learn to as consumers give credit where is due instead of being negative all the times
