Good Day (To The Owner and Stakeholders and Shareholders of Debonairs Pizza) in Tongaat. Festive and seasons greetings to you all. I hope and trust that you are keeping well. Before I get so busy with my life. I took this time to reflect on the people that have had touched my heart and given me the utmost respect that I deserve in life itself in the past years been 2016 and 2017. By the way this was on my to do list. I would love to take this opportunity to compliment one (1) of your staff members who is and goes by the name of MELISSA for her WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE that she have had provided me. In on the 5th of December 2016 from your restaurant. Melissa was the only employee in Debonairs Pizza that took responsibility of my complaint that I have had logged in the past title HAIR IN THE PIZZA issue that I have had at your store in Gem City in Phoenix. There was even an apology letter emailed to Melissa and then Melissa had forward the email to me. Pizza was my weekly snack. Your store needs to train people up just like Melissa. If there was many and more staff like Melissa your restaurant would be even better. Her telephonic mannerism is great awesome and fantastic as well. Her tone of voice is politeness. WOW.Something like this is truly amazing. I was WOWED by her service. I would like to place on your records that I as a customer would like for this to go higher up to HR. Melissa is an asset to your restaurant. May Melissa get a promotion higher up in life. WELL DONE MELISSA KEEP UP THE GREAT AND WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS at the restaurant.
