Got ****** and very bad service!

I seriously am very frustrated with Debonairs. I attempted to order a Pizza online. The user experience was awfull! But the customer service was much much worse.

I ordered the pizza through the online portal for delivery... Order got captured as a collection and I paid.

Contacted the branch in an attempt to resolve this. First I could not clearly hear or understand the person who answered the phone.

The person phoned me back! Told me I must pay a further R15. This was not acceptable and I instructed him to cancel the order. He blatantly put the phone down in my ear and the deduction came down from my account.

Now I am out of pocket, without a pizza and VERY VERY VERY ANGRY!
