Got ****** R229.90

I had bought R229.90 triple decker pizza through Mr D delivery, on the app i mistakenly opted for collection rather than delivering. I work at Waterfalls... The order was for my kids so it had ro be a delivery. Ok No order arrived, called and only ro find out it was a collection. Ok Asked the assistant to tell me what to do now' they kept transferring me to a none existing number. Then i call MrD as the call center consultant instructed me to do so. Ok.. Mr D food consultant, guys...im in sales and i know how to speak and address customer complaints. She dropped my call 3 time and never answered it again. So They told me staff tjaht that made the food needs to get paid and and. And that i cant get my money back, which i understand but not to get the order as well!? Can anyone please advise on this
