Given the middle finger

I am deeply disappointed at the services of the debonairs pizzas service, I waited 2 hours for a pizza that was at most supposed to be 45 to an hour, it's was cold and I was not even warned about the ETA ended up having to do sandwiches for the kids. This complaint was sent to them on the 7th of July with proof of purchase all I get is we will get back to you.
