Girls go to bed hungry because pizza delivered almost 2 hours later

<p>I placed at telephonic order at 18h50 delivery arrived at 21h00 by then my daughters had to gone to be d hungry. I called numerous times to follow up on the delivery and was given different excuses. See the pic of the condition of the sub that was delivered looked like it it was cut...this is the second time that I've experienced this bad service with Debonairs Malvern . I'm really disappointed they should not offer delivery if they are going to deliver almost 2 hours later. was told that the area manager would call me the next morning to address this issue but nothing has happened instead I had to call to follow up and then I'm told that there are terms and conditions about getting the pizza for free of the dot is black .</p>
