Frustrating customer service

I ordered the small triple decker on the app which is how I always order it, only to be told by Thapelo @ Debonairs Rustenburg square that I can't get it with the Energade sport drink because I didn't use the right method to order and he even refused to give me a refund and cancel the order and read order the way he said I should, he blatantly refused and was very rude and had no regard of customer service at all... I told I'm going to bring the pizza back and post this on social media and he didn't care he said I can do whatever I want but I'm not getting my money back.. Totally unhappy with the service
