Formal Complaint – Poor Quality Order

I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality I received from Debonairs Pizza Alexandra Pan Shopping Complex.

I ordered a Triple Decker Creamy Chicken pizza, expecting the standard your brand promises. Unfortunately, what I received was completely unacceptable. The base was dry and hard, the chicken breast was undercooked, and the mushrooms were also not properly cooked—and barely present.

This was especially frustrating because we are currently dealing with loadshedding, and I re**** on this meal to feed my family. We got home expecting something warm and satisfying, only to find food that was inedible. As a result, my family went to bed without eating.

This experience was not only disappointing but upsetting. If your franchise cannot maintain the quality your brand is known for, then serious improvements need to be made.

I would appreciate it if this matter is taken seriously and addressed urgently. I also request appropriate compensation or a refund for this order.
