Food was bad

I ordered a pizza from your khayelitsha branch and the pizza was burnt and dry and flat. It was a tripple decker but and i ordered extra debonairs sauce nland extra cheese but the pizza was so bad and to think i laid a complaint with debonairs dat same day but you never got back to me.i wasted a hole r200.
