Food poisoning and shocking service

We on training in Cape Town. Ordered two pizzas from debonairs Athlon in the Cape. Get serious dose of food poisoning. When I called the branch they said the general manager (Mr Davids) would call me back. He calls back later that day. I explain everything. He says there's no proof it was his food. So I explained we ate nothing that day except the pizza because we were on training the entire day. So could not be anything else. He then says he needs to investigate and would get back to me that same day. So I wait and wait. Left 3 messages and this guy doesn't call me back - its now 3 days later. What a *****! He clearly knows he's wrong but doesn't bother to face the facts and that his pizzas cause food poisoning!
