food poisoning

<p>My husband and I bought a meat filla at debonairs Parow in vootreker road on Sunday night for super. Monday morning from 5am my stomach was very upset and I started having a running stomach. The next thing my husband experience the same thing. I place a complaint on debonairs site to inform them about it, to my surprise the branch owner phoned me and she was shouting and making trait. She said I should go to the Dr. To prove that it was the pizza that made sick. And my response to her was that I didn't have money on that time to see the Dr, but she could listen to. because she was very rude on the phone, I hang up. That was a bad way of handling customers complaints. Later on another guy phoned and he said he is calling from the brand owner customers service and he actually apologise on the behalf the branch owner for his rudeness and my assigned complaints Case is 199240 . He said he call again in the evening to find out if my stomach was still running but he didn't. because I had a upset stomach and‎ running stomach the all Monday I went to see the Dr this evening to get medication because I could eat or take the pain. My stomach was still having cramps.<br />I need debonairs to come and collect the pizza slip and the Dr bill .hence I need my refund and I need the investigation report for this complaint and corrective action to prevent this from happening. Like I believe this food poisoning comes from staff or equipment poor hygiene or expired ingredients were used while making the pizza. </p>
