Food ordered not according to what I ordered

I bought pizza and chicken sausages yesterday and only my pizza was delivered but my chicken sausages were not delivered as my son received the delivery . I phone debonairs and I was transferred to Bethal branch i hold until the phone cutted me off, i then phone again and there was no answer. I paid for my food i don't really understand why would I not receive my full order
