Food arrives late due to poor management

So I get a call to let me know that my order will be an hour and a half late. I'm not happy about this, but atleast I was notified. Fast forward to 1h45m later and I still haven't recieved my order. I try calling, but they hang up on me. Twice. 20min later my food finally arrives, with a very apologetic driver who explained that he was only supposed to start work at 3pm, and was forced to start early.
